Jesus, as we prepare for a change of seasons, help us also prepare for a change in our attitude
toward learning more about You everyday of our lives.
Let us come to realize that You are really the way, the truth and the only way to live life.
Let us focus on adoring You everyday by prayer and mass if possible.
Let us spend time in adoration to You.
Let us sit in Your presence and get the graces we need to truly be Your representatives on earth.
Let us bring others to You by how we live our lives.
Amen and Amen.
Thank you Lord, for loving us totally.

One Bread, One Body
This weeks readings and reflections
Sunday A "WHOLE" IN MY HEART
http://presentationministries.com/obob/obob.asp?d=10/23/2011
"You shall love the Lord your God with your whole heart." -Matthew 22:37
We disciples are called to holiness. We are also called to "whole-liness." We are to love God
with our whole heart, our whole soul, and our whole mind (Mt 22:37).
It all begins with God's love for us. "The love of God [is] poured out in our hearts" (Rm 5:5).
God's poured-out love fills our hearts with love for Him and for others (Mt 22:37). So "we, for
our part, love because He first loved us" (1 Jn 4:19). Now we are full of God's love.
True love, however, is not satisfied with being full. Love wants to grow and is always
searching for a never-ending increase of still more love. Impelled by love (2 Cor 5:14), we
ask God to give us a new heart (Ez 36:26). Now God pours out His love again (Rm 5:5) and our
whole heart is filled. Overflowing with love, we can't help but respond to God with more love.
Therefore, we ask God to "enlarge" our hearts (Acts 20:32) so we can love Him even more. We
even reach the point where we love God so much that we abide in God and God in us (1 Jn 4:16).
This cycle of love continues until the day of our death. On that day, we should have a huge
heart of love for the Lord. At our death, we who love the Lord with our whole heart will
rejoice as we see "what God has prepared for those who love Him" (1 Cor 2:9). We will see Him
"face to face" (1 Cor 13:12).
Monday REPENTANCE OR FEAR?
http://presentationministries.com/obob/obob.asp?d=10/24/2011
"You did not receive a spirit of slavery leading you back into fear, but a spirit of adoption
through which we cry out 'Abba!' (that is, 'Father')." -Romans 8:15
Tuesday GROANERS
http://presentationministries.com/obob/obob.asp?d=10/25/2011
"Yes, we know that all creation groans and is in agony even until now." -Romans 8:22

Lord, I am a sinner and I need to forgive from deep down in my heart, J who has hurt me on
numerous occasions by abusing me and speaking ill about me and my family. Lord, I am human,
I am weak, I have my faults and failings, but being a Christian and a follower who is loved
by you I want to forgive because I know you have forgiven me every time I have sinned and
fallen and loved me unconditionally. Lord show me the way to forgive and make this
forgiveness tangible so that he will experience forgivness and will also realise the hurt
caused and the wrong and harm done and make amends/reparation for what he has done. Lord
Jesus through the immaculate heart of Mary I offer all my joys sorrows works and prayers in
unity with the Eucharist being offered on all the altars of the world for this intention. I
believe you will make it possible. Thank you Jesus.

Pope Benedict XVI, Shepherd of Truth
http://presentationministries.com/BST/bst2011-09.asp?navlink=latest
Notable quotations from Pope Benedict XVI and official
teachings of the Roman Catholic Church
PROCLAIMING THE GOSPEL
"MOST PRECIOUS SERVICE"
[Proclamation of the Gospel] is the most precious service that the Church can render to
humanity and to all individuals who are seeking the profound reasons to live their life
to the full.
"INVIGORATES THE CHURCH"
Continuous proclamation of the Gospel ... invigorates the Church, her fervour and her
apostolic spirit. It renews her pastoral methods so that they may be ever better suited
to the new situations ... and enlivened by missionary zeal: "missionary activity renews
the Church, revitalizes faith and Christian identity, and offers fresh enthusiasm and
new incentive. Faith is strengthened when it is given to others!" (John Paul II)
GO AND PROCLAIM
The Liturgy is always a call "from the world" and a new missionary mandate "in the world"
in order to witness to what has been experienced: the saving power of the word of God,
the saving power of Christ's Paschal Mystery
(Souce: Message for World Mission Sunday, 1/6/11)
