September 10th 23rd Sunday in ordinary time.
Jesus, once again You have given Your church the insight to show praise and glory
to You and devotion to our blessed mother.
We have 3 beautiful days this week of praise and worship and wonder.
First, the most holy name of Mary, then the exaltation of the Cross and lastly
our Lady of Sorrows.
Christ, as we think of these special days, help us to truly understand the immense
gift of Your Cross.
Help us to see that in trusting You and the Father, as Mary did, is the only way
to really get through the valley of tears, and enter into eternal life with You,
the Father, and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever.
Please Lord, we beg You for a part of the gift of faith that Mary had, so that we
can focus our heart, soul and mind truly and totally in You.
Let each day be a day of trust and fidelity to You.
Amen and Amen.
Thank You Lord, for loving us totally.

Sunday WARNING SIGNS

"You shall warn them for Me." -Ezekiel 33:7
Millions of parents are killing their newly-conceived children by the "pill," Depo-provera,
Norplant, and other abortifacient methods. If we don't speak out to dissuade these people
from sinning and killing, we will be partially responsible for their deaths, meaning their
deaths due to sin, which is ultimately damnation (see Ez 33:8).
Each of us probably know people who are racially prejudiced, taking advantage of others in
their business, committing sexual sins, being unforgiving to their enemies, or committing
other sins. If we do not warn these people and call them to repent, we are partially
responsible for their deaths and damnation.
Therefore, we must ask the Lord for the love and courage to correct others
(Mt 18:15; Lk 17:3), after we have repented of our own sins (Mt 7:5) and forgiven those who
have wronged us (Mt 6:12). My brothers and sisters, "if someone is detected in sin, you who
live by the Spirit should gently set him right, each of you trying to avoid falling into
temptation himself. Help carry one another's burdens; in that way you will fulfill the law
of Christ" (Gal 6:1-2).
Prayer: Father, may I suffer anything so that as many people as possible be saved (1 Cor 9:19).
Promise: "Owe no debt to anyone except the debt that binds us to love one another. He who
loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." -Rm 13:8
Praise: Praise Jesus, the Way and the Truth and the Life (Jn 14:6). Alleluia to the King of
kings!

I was surprised to see that I almost had a root canal. I never had one. My wife had a
cavity. My children are not flossing their teeth and they had some cavities. I pray to

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ My Mum is treated for water in the lungs .The
condition had been controlled.Now she is down with lung infection She is on a ventilator
to assist her to breathe well Her carbon dioxide level in blood is high Our Lord Jesus
Christ can make her whole and cure her heart, lungs and brain Please ask God to regulate
her blood pressure and heart beat Please pray for Mum to be able to breath on her own
Please ask God to grant My Mum a long life and be able to walk again She is also unable
to sleep because of the noise in the ward Thank You Brothers and Sisters in Christ

Bible Telephone Line
The Bible Telephone Line (BTL) has been in operation for 26 years. Begun by Fr. Al in 1991, it now
continues with one deacon of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and two lay teachers trained by
Presentation Ministries. The BTL provides callers with a short teaching on the readings for the
daily Mass. It is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Callers may also leave a short prayer
request which will be shared on the line with the other callers the next day on a separate line.

WORLD DAY OF THE POOR
ENCOUNTER NOT WASTE
This Day is meant ... to encourage believers to react against a culture of discard and waste,
and to embrace the culture of encounter... Everyone ... is invited to openness and sharing
with the poor through concrete signs of solidarity and fraternity.
ENCOUNTER AND FRIENDSHIP
It is my wish that, in the week preceding the World Day of the Poor, which falls this year on
November 19 ..., Christian communities will make every effort to create moments of encounter
and friendship, solidarity and concrete assistance. They can invite the poor and volunteers
to take part together in the Eucharist on this Sunday, in such a way that there will be an
even more authentic celebration of the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Universal King,
on the following Sunday.

This Sunday, if there are poor people where we live who seek protection and assistance, let us
