Nov. 9th Dedication of St. John Lateran
Jesus, again You gave Your church the desire to build churches that
would be worthy to worship You.
The church has always understood that Your Eucharistic presence is
so worthy of honor, and glory, and praise.
Your presence is the source and summit of the whole Catholic Church.
Your presence is our guide in helping us live lives of dignity to You
and all others.
Jesus, give us all the grace to want to come and worship You in
Eucharistic adoration.
Let us just come and sit with You, and feel the peace, and get the joy.
Let us truly see You in the breaking of the bread, and let us all
receive You into our hearts with love.
Amen and Amen.
Thank You Lord, for loving us totally.

Sunday INSPECT YOUR CHURCH'S FOUNDATION

"Everyone, however, must be careful how he builds. No one can lay a
foundation other than the one that has been laid, namely Jesus Christ."
-1 Corinthians 3:10-11
Jesus began the Church with twelve apostles (see Mt 16:18). By the
power of the Holy Spirit, these apostles and other disciples of Christ
formed other small Christian communities (see Acts 2:42). These
communities were united with the Lord and the other Christian
communities through the bishops of their regions. After almost three
hundred years of living in small communities and meeting in homes,
the Church was called by the Holy Spirit to build a church building
(i.e. St. John Lateran). Thus, a network of deep, developed small
Christian communities is the historical and spiritual foundation and
inspiration for the building of churches.
In the western part of the world, we have many great church buildings.
Yet we have the breakdown of Christian community. Under these
conditions, our beautiful church buildings can present problems, as
is the case with any structure whose foundation is eroding. This does
not mean that we should neglect or destroy our church buildings.
However, we had better repent, give our lives to Jesus, and let the
Holy Spirit build Christian community among us. Our church buildings
will manifest our downfall spiritually unless we have a new Pentecost
of Christian community. Come, Holy Spirit!
Prayer: Father, send the Holy Spirit to make us one.
Promise: "His disciples recalled the words of Scripture: 'Zeal for
Your house consumes Me.' " -Jn 2:17
Praise: Praise be to You, Jesus, Savior of all mankind, Who will lead
us into everlasting glory!

My Grandson means the world to me Father. You know how he has been
treated by his mother, beaten for no reason other than jealousy over
his love for us. We raised him you might say. Kept him every day,
every other weekend, so she could have her "alone time" with her
boyfriend of 10 years who won't marry he. My grandson did everything
to get along with her. When she wanted to shop, the other siblings
wouldn't go. She'd start a war over it and he always was the one to
go with her to calm her down and defuse the situation. Why I'm here
is to pray to You Father to help with. She had done him so badly that
he started drinking. He needs Your help to kill the desire for it and
other things he does. He has a heart of gold and is so good to older
people. He looks after them at work and lets them take breaks while
he does their work so they can rest. There is good in him Father.
Please reward him by taking the desire to drink and take pills. Save
him please.

Heavenly father thank you for all the Blessings,please guide us with
your Holy spirit as we go along with our work.Lord please Bless our
family and other family ,please help my son -n law to have a clear
medical so that he can go back to his work to support his family .we

Heavenly Lord, My Father, please bless everyone who comes to this site.
Please grant to them that which they need and pray for. I pray for the
salvation of myself, family, those in this room and every person who's
soul ever walked upon this earth. Please Lord I pray for all who hunger
for food and for the Word of God. I pray for those who have problems
paying bills, especially with the winter coming upon us. Please Father
spare the elderly, weak and poor from having heat turned off and please
see to it they all have food and jobs. In Jesus name I pray.

New Technology for Bible Telephone Line Ministry
Local Numbers Double Practically Overnight!
The Bible Telephone Line (BTL) has been in operation for 19 years. Begun by Fr. Al
in 1991, it now continues with three teachers trained by him and by Presentation
Ministries. In cities where local numbers have been established, the BTL provides
callers with a short teaching on the readings for the daily Mass. It is available 24
hours a day and 7 days a week. Callers may also leave a short prayer request which
will be shared on the line with the other callers the next day.
