Presentation Ministries - Special Appeal 2018

December, 2018 Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ: By reading and sharing God's word in One Bread One Body, you are helping to build Christ's Kingdom here on earth. Your sacrificial donations, both large and small, make it possible for us to distribute One Bread, One Body throughout the USA and Canada, and globally via the Internet and a network of foreign printers. Your donations also help to support other programs we offer in striving to fulfill the far-reaching vision that the Holy Spirit gave our founder Fr. Al Lauer, some of which are highlighted on the reverse side of this letter. We appreciate your prayers for Presentation Ministries. Pray especially for 1) Unity around the vision Fr. Our internet/media ministry has expanded its outreach by placing Father Al's videos on YouTube complementing the existing audio teachings currently on our website. We have added additional podcasts for Bible studies and discipleship teachings. It is amazing how people continue to leave notes of witness about Father Al after many years. He is still touching many people around the world. "God continues to bless Our Lady of Guadalupe Discipleship Center by providing upgrades of the media, allowing our facilities to meet the needs for the discipleship program and retreats. However, there are still many costs that arise as we carry out our vision. These include adding, as funds become available, housing for much needed additional workers for the future plans of the retreat center.  The Outreach Ministry continues to offer seminars and teachings outside of Cincinnati. Their missions teach of and witness to the power of the Holy Spirit and encourage participants to form Home Based Communities in their parishes.  The 32nd annual Bible Institute was greatly anointed by the Holy Spirit. The speakers, teachers, participants and all who served were astonished at the way the Holy Spirit exceeded all expectations. Each year the Bible Institute provides great teachings and faith-building witnesses for those who come from all over the United States and other countries as well. All our leaders, teachers, office personnel, mailing crews, and those who maintain the buildings - whether they give a few hours or work full time - are VOLUNTEERS. No one is paid. We offer our materials and conduct our retreats and even the Bible Institute on a donation basis. Every effort is made to control expenses and continue to operate in the most prudent way possible. However, the cost of postage and shipping ever increases and our buildings need continued maintenance. We trust in the Lord to faithfully provide.
