Nov. 9th The dedication of the Lateran Basilica
Jesus, again You gave Your church the desire to build
churches that would be worthy to worship You.
The church has always understood that Your Eucharistic
presence is so worthy of honor, and glory, and praise.
Your presence is the source and summit of the whole
Catholic Church.
Your presence is our guide in helping us live lives of
dignity to You and all others.
Jesus, give us all the grace to want to come and worship
You in Eucharistic adoration.
Let us just come and sit with You, and feel the peace,
and get the joy.
Let us truly see You in the breaking of the bread, and
let us all receive You into our hearts with love.
Amen and Amen
Thank you Lord, for loving us totally.

Sunday JESUS IN THE CHURCH

"Zeal for Your house consumes Me." —John 2:17
Today throughout the world we celebrate the Church, and
especially Jesus, the Founder and Head of the Church.
Today we celebrate the unity of the Church, her authority
in Christ (Mt 16:19), and Jesus' special presence in the Church.
Jesus is present in the Church universal, for He is her
Head (Col 1:18). He is present in the small communities
of the Church, for He has promised to be with us in a
special way where two or three gather in unity in His
name (Mt 18:20). Jesus is present in the church building
in the most special and central way of all, for here He is
present in the Eucharist, the Blessed Sacrament (Catechism, 1373).
On this glorious feast day, the Lord is calling us in many
ways. He may be calling us to form or join a small
Christian community. He is calling us to evangelize
and "re-member" the Church. I believe that on this
special day the Lord is especially calling us to eucharistic
adoration. Pope John Paul II has taught: "The Church
and the world have a great need for eucharistic worship.
Jesus awaits us in this sacrament of love. Let us not
refuse the time to go to meet Him in adoration" (Catechism, 1380).
Love the Church (Eph 5:25). Adore Jesus in church. Let
zeal for God and His house consume you (Jn 2:17).

Although the Lord reveals to us in His word that we are
in a spiritual war, most Christians don't seem to take
this very seriously. How much do you hear about
spiritual warfare from the pulpit? If you brought up
spiritual warfare in your parish council meetings, what
would be the reaction? A few Christians try to "push"
spiritual warfare, but they are usually dismissed as
"fundamentalist" and not given a hearing. Consequently,
many Christians give little thought to the Biblical
revelation that we are in a war against evil spirits, and
of course they're very likely to lose a war that they
don't believe they're in.

Dear Brothers & Sisters in Jesus, I submit the following
prayer request you, 1) I have US $ 27000 of debt; I don't
have a good job. 2) I do Masters in Engineering in USA.
My current GPA is very low. I got the warning from the
University that if my GPA is not above 3.0 on this semester,
then they will dismiss me. I feel one course is very tough.
Please pray for these professors. Dr.Nicolas Tsoukias,
Dr. Wei-Chiang Lin, Dr.Adam Kapela, and Dr.Armando
Barreto. They will decide my future in the University. Let
the almighty God work on them. I already invested around
$12000 for my education. All these money is through bank
loan. This semester will finish on December 2nd week.

Please pray that the Lord's will for me has to be very
visible. If this person in my life is not the one he wishes
for me I ask for the Lord to take him out of my life
without him getting hurt. He's a good person and he
deserves to be happy. If the Lord has placed him in my
life for good I ask the Lord to bless me with total love. I
also ask that my anxieties will be healed and for my
second son to be totally healed, his anger and whatever
God needs to do in his life. To find again, total peace
and trust in the Lord. Amen

Dear LORD, thank you so much for this wonderful
life. I am very thankful for all of the many blessings you
have made known throughout my life. I Thank you for
the protection, guidance, and love of my famliy, friends,
and loved ones. I pray that those who pray for us be
blessed with your amazing glory. LORD, you are an
amazing GOD. Thank you for all of your wonderous
deeds. LORD, I pray that you will keep us all as strong

Please pray that my aunt's surgery goes well and there
are no signs of cancer. Please also pray that my son's
job is safe and he doesn't get layed off. I know these
are hard times but it took him so long to get back on
