March 22nd Fourth Sunday of Lent
This week, Jesus, Your church celebrates the annunciation
of You to Mary, our mother.
Her fiat is, for us, a great example of how we should always
say yes to You, even when we don't understand how it will
be worked out.
"be it done unto me according to Your word", should be the
attitude that we should have in all the issues of life, and her
trust should fill us with peace.
Mom didn't know how Your plan was going to be accomplished,
but yet she said Yes to the angel Gabriel.
Jesus, give us the grace to always say yes to You, even
though we don't understand the plan.
Give us the grace to walk with You, rather then in the world.
Help us on our pilgrim journey to Your heavenly kingdom.
Amen and Amen
Thank you Lord, for loving us totally.

Sunday SAVED

"God is rich in mercy; because of His great love for us He
brought us to life with Christ when we were dead in sin. By
this favor you were saved." —Ephesians 2:4-5
We are saved from sin, death, Satan, hell, fear, slavery,
self-hatred, etc. We are saved for a personal relationship with
the Lord, a life of holiness, and the abundant life with the Lord
here on earth and forever in heaven.
We are saved by Jesus. "God did not send the Son into the
world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved
through Him" (Jn 3:17).
We are saved by grace. "I repeat, it is owing to His favor that
salvation is yours through faith. This is not your own doing, it
is God's gift" (Eph 2:8).
We are saved by faith. "Salvation is yours through faith" (Eph 2:8).
"Yes, God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that
whoever believes in Him may not die but may have eternal
life" (Jn 3:16).
We are saved by faith expressed in works, for "faith without
works is as dead as a body without breath" (Jas 2:26). "A
person is justified by his works and not by faith alone" (Jas 2:24).
"We are truly His handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to lead the
life of good deeds which God prepared for us in advance" (Eph 2:10).
We are saved! Thank You, Jesus!

The Secret of Fasting
Fasting is limiting our intake of food in response to God's call
and for the building of His kingdom. Almost all the great men
and women of God throughout history have known a secret,
the secret of fasting. They have understood the power and the
privilege of fasting. We cannot fast unless we have God's
permission. But when God permits us to fast, we have the
opportunity to be in the forefront of His work. We are honored
to be chosen to have such an important part in the Spirit's
movement. Fasting is a power, privilege, opportunity, and honor.
But only those who know the secret recognize this.
OLD AND NEW TESTAMENT FASTING
Throughout much of the Old Testament, there was only one
fast day, the Day of Atonement (Lev 16:29). Later, other fasts
were called for either because of a state of emergency or on
the anniversary of a national tragedy (Zech 7:3-4). Fasting was
an attempt to end a terrible circumstance.

PM Internet Prayer Requests

Please pray for healing for Jason and Jessica, siblings of Justin who lost
his life in a drag race several months ago. Also for parents Jody and
Jeff. Please pray for the many impulsive/ disrespectful students in an
inner city kindegarten class, who take away learning time from their
peers. Also pray for the adults, who have responsibility for them.

For jay, aaron, steve to be called back to work. healing for grandson Nick
has head cold and cough.Praise report on ben.surgery and healing is fine
after operation tues. doctor ok this for him.

I need to put my heart on and in Jesus and not on the relationships Jesus
has given me. I am struggling to make Jesus my security and to have a deep
personal relationship with Jesus. I just want to root out the selfish
relationship that I have in Jesus. Please storm Heaven for me. Inspite of
being in prayers for past 7 years, my focus is not Jesus but my problems
and all my relations specially my husband, and so i get hurt and lose my
deep inner peace. Please pray for deeper insight and understanding, and
not to easily trust any person.

Prayers for deliverance and peace for Miguel & Rosemary. We are facing a
major civil law suit on March 30, 2009. We are being sued for a
significant amount of money for an incident that our enemies trapped us
in. Many lawyers told us they don't know why it ever entered the courts.
We trust our Lord will bring us through this.

Lord I trust in your healing love for Liselle who has a severe pain in
back and stomach and needs to study for an important exam - that streams
of healing will flow from your sacred and bleeding heart through her and
set her free from all that is not of you. That she will be able to study
and do well in her Board exams. Thank you and praise you loving Jesus.
Mary our Mother be a mother to her. Guard, guide and protect her from all

Please pray for Alphonse undergoing second dose of chemo that the Lord
will pour out His healing love and destroy all the cancerous cells and
fill him with a deep and lasting peace and healing and bring him back to

conditions. Let her be strong and healthy again. Please help my husband
